Pakistan minister condemns Imran Khan shooting
An attack on Pakistan's former prime minister Imran Khan - which supporters say was an attempted assassination - has drawn international condemnation.
Mr Khan's PTI party says that the authorities have serious questions to answer.
So what does the government have to say about that? In an interview with Newshour's Tim Franks, Ahsan Iqbal Pakistan's planning and development minister with the ruling Pakistan Muslim League party, strongly condemned the shooting and called for a crackdown on "extremism".
