* The Staines superstar is back. Ali G returns in a new film aimed firmly at the teen market. Famous for his naÏf political interviews he again takes swipes at the establishment as the spoof MP for Staines in Ali G Indahouse.

* The Karma Sutra is seen by many as the original Good Sex Guide. First translated by Sir Richard Burton in 1833 it was only allowed to be published in the wake of the Lady Chatterley trial in 1963. Now a new translation, the first in English since Burton's, has just come out. And Wendy Doniger says that Burton got a lot wrong.

Karma Sutra - translated by Wendy Doniger - is published by Oxford University Press on 28th March.

* When, in 1952, Isiah Berlin decided to deliver a series of one-hour lectures without notes he caused consternation at the 成人快手.

With the Reith Lectures 2002 due to go on-air soon Front Row takes a look at the art of the radio talk.

Isaiah Berlin's six radio lectures have been published as Freedom and It's Betrayal - by Chatto and Windus. The Reith Lectures begin on Wednesday 3 April, and run for five weeks.
