'Rokker Radio' is presented by Jake Bowers every Sunday evening.

Jake is one of Britain's only Romani journalists and is a regular contributor to The Guardian newspaper and 成人快手 Radio 4.听

The new weekly show will focus on the issues affecting the whole of the travelling community and provide an opportunity for them to talk about subjects which are rarely aired outside the travelling community.

The station hopes that by reporting their stories in a balanced way some of the myths about Gypsies and Travellers will be dispelled.

Jake Bowers has been presenting the show in the 成人快手 3 Counties area (Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire) since April 2006: "I'm really looking forward to presenting the show across East Anglia.听 Rokker Radio will be the only programme for traveller communities on UK radio, and I think it will be the first time since the 1930's that the 成人快手 has broadcast programming which is actually produced by a rural ethnic minority."

Rokker Radio will broadcast every Sunday between 7.00pm and 9.00pm on 成人快手 Radio Suffolk from 30th July 2006.
