Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke (NICHS) works with people of all ages. Its Family Support Co-ordinators help families to deal with the challenges associated with a chest, heart or stroke condition. They offer home visits and personalised support plans 鈥� reflecting people鈥檚 particular needs and circumstances. And they facilitate networking opportunities as well, connecting people and developing their support networks.
