Today, Sarah welcomes Spring into the garden with music by Wilhelm Petersen-Berger that celebrates flowers blooming on a Swedish Island, and Chopin鈥檚 鈥楤utterfly鈥� piano etude which perfectly reflects the first flutterings of wings.
There鈥檚 also a movement from Beethoven鈥檚 鈥楶astoral鈥� Symphony, with its wide open vistas of green, otherworldly choral music from Judith Weir, and passionate music of young love (and tragedy) from Prokofiev鈥檚 Romeo and Juliet.
