Matt and Emma Willis take us inside the treatment rooms of the UK鈥檚 leading therapists as they help Casey deal with his panic attacks, and Anjalee seek help with the loss of her mum.

Hairdresser Casey talks to psychiatrist Steve about a lifetime of panic that鈥檚 prevented him from living life to its fullest. Psychotherapist Julia helps Anjalee confront the grief she buried after losing her mother as a teenager. Working with psychologist Fatoumata, Leon reveals a recent attack has left him with more than physical scars. Can therapy help transform their lives? Casey from Swansea hasn鈥檛 been out to a social occasion in months, revealing that he lives with panic every day. Therapist Steve Peters helps him gain fresh perspective on his life, showing that it is possible to find a new way through. Casey meets Matt Willis, who reveals that he has also struggled with panic. Casey feels renewed hope, believing that if someone else has overcome it, then so can he.

Mum of three Anjalee works with grief therapist Julia Samuels to begin to come to terms with losing her mother suddenly when she was 15 years old. Anjalee has never shared her grief, and with a third of UK adults saying they avoid talking about loss, she is not alone. Through therapy, Anjalee learns that opening up is the first step towards healing. Julia helps her see that by pushing down her painful memories, she hasn鈥檛 processed her grief and that by acknowledging it she can start to find a way through her pain. Later, Emma Willis visits Anjalee at home and sees her being able to share happy memories of her mum with her children for the very first time.

Leon, a carpenter from Newcastle, recently booked his first trip abroad on his own. But his dream holiday turned into a nightmare when he was attacked at knife point and stabbed. Clinical psychologist Fatoumata Jatta discovers that Leon blames himself and helps him gain a new perspectives on the trauma he experienced.
