After Hina's first marriage broke down, she decided to "challenge the views" she held about arranged marriages.

After a holiday to visit family in Pakistan she agreed to marry Kam, who she "hardly knew", which turned out to be the "best decision" she would ever make.

The couple are now happily married with two children, despite doctors telling them it was impossible.
