Father and son鈥檚 journey to complete the London Marathon for mental health
On Sunday, Paul from Bournemouth completed the London Marathon with his dad Norman, to raise awareness of mental health.
Paul has experienced mental health issues from an early age, and told 5 live before the race that running has 鈥渟aved鈥 his life.
After the marathon his dad Norman told 5 live it had been 鈥渁bsolutely epic.鈥
鈥淢y goal apart from raising the profile of mental health has been to make sure I got my son through and myself.鈥
Details of organisations offering information and support with mental health are available at bbc.co.uk/actionline or you can call for free at any time to hear recorded information on 08000 839 839.
