Comedian's mental health message for construction workers
A comedian is using humour to get across a serious message to construction workers.
John Ryan visits building sites across the UK to speak about mental health. He says it's about helping workers feel comfortable enough to talk.
John said "Even though we're on a building site we're making them feel it's a safe space and they soon forget that it's the middle of the afternoon."
"If they laugh, they listen. If if they listen, they learn."
