Covid Passes: What constitutes a nightclub?

More details on Covid Passes and a look at council tax reform

The First Minister has announced Covid Passes will be made compulsory in Wales for nightclubs and large-scale events, but concerns have been raised over whether the Welsh Government has been clear enough on its definition of a nightclub, Fliss and James look at the details.

And with talks continuing between Plaid Cymru and Welsh Labour over a deal to work together in the Senedd - could council tax reform be part of that agreement? The team speak to David Phillips from the Institute for Fiscal Studies about what the future of council tax could look like in Wales.

Plus Fliss chats about her interview with the leader of the Liberal Democrats, Sir Ed Davey.
