More than 220,000 people were killed across 14 countries after an earthquake off the coast of Indonesia which registered a magnitude of up to 9.3.
Tilini Lilley is a British Sri Lankan woman who lives in Worcester, and was 17-years-old at the time. She tells Kalpana Boodhoo of the panic about reaching out to friends and family, and the devastation she saw.
