After 10 years, and a journey of more than six billion kilometres, the Rosetta mission has achieved one of its main goals: at 1605 GMT today, it got confirmation that the Philae space probe had landed on Comet 67P. This marks an important day in space history: never before has Mankind managed to land a probe on a comet.
