The Paralympics start in Rio de Janeiro is imminent - but only 12 per cent of the tickets have been sold. It had been looking like the athletes would be competing in near-empty stadiums. Jack Chew wasn't too happy with that, so he came up with a campaign for people to buy up the spare tickets to distribute for free to local children.
