World Update

Available for over a year

Japan has called for an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council, after North Korea fired what is thought to be a nuclear-capable ballistic missile. The United States has called this latest test a further provocation; China has called for calm. Tomohiko Taniguchi is a special adviser to the prime minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe. Dan Damon asked him what could happen if such a missile firing were to go wrong over Japanese territory.
