TV star Jennie McAlpine says telling her son his grandad had died was the "hardest conversation" she had to have. The Coronation Street actor visited bereavement charity Winston's Wish to speak to children and families dealing with grief as part of a special report for ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 5 live.
