Nottingham Forest boss Martin O'Neill believes managers are under such scrutiny that they're 'judged almost hour by hour' rather than 'season by season.' The Forest legend admitted to 5 live Sportsweek that in these days of owners and fans demanding instant success, he's got a 'finite length of time' to get Forest promoted. Ahead of the match against Derby County, O'Neill also added that Frank Lampard has 'all the ingredients' to become a successful manager.
