'There鈥檚 an awful lot of work in this cooking!'

Sean says he鈥檒l never be able to make chips.

鈥淵ou鈥檙e stressing me out!鈥� says Lawrence the Painter.

Sean has been explaining he doesn't make chips. He says there鈥檚 an awful lot of work in it.
鈥淗ere's how you do it," Lawrence says. "You cut you spuds into chips. Leave the skin on.鈥�
鈥淭hat鈥檚 a no no from me for a start!鈥� Sean says.
鈥淏oil the cut spuds in hot water for five minutes. Place a tray with olive oil in the oven. Strain the spuds. Season to your choice. Place the boiled spuds in a tray with oil. Put back in oven for 30 minutes, occasionally turning.鈥�
鈥淎re you off your head?" Sean says. "Tell me this. When you鈥檙e making Christmas Dinner when do you start preparing? August?"
