- AboutAt the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Make a Difference became a virtual noticeboard for local communities across northern Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, putting those in need of help in touch with those able to offer it.
Post-pandemic, the Make a Difference awards exist to recognise the local heroes who continue to go the extra mile to help through the cost-of-living crisis and other issues which deeply affect their local communities.
